Sweaty Betty
Review of Bell 2005 Bellistic by
yehbutno
Advantages: it protect your head
Disadvantages: you get a sweaty head
...im on a tight budget so i got a cheap full face hellmet rrp £75 got it from cyclesuk for £50!! it very comfy and looks great with a pair of goggles, doing biking alot more now i have more time, being at college for only 3 days a week, get in. this leaves me friday and saturday to go biking and work sunay monday, but any way. the front mouth vent pous air into your mouth, the interier is not removable like some 661 models. But the decals on the outside are large bell logos and faint drawings of mechanics with what seems like dimensions on, dont ask why. the visor is exeptionaly use full as it protects your eyes from 8 oclock onwards untill about 4 0clock depending on the sunlight hours but you get my drift. anyway I would just like to say how sweaty you get in it it needs a couple more vents in it.
other than that it makes me feel totaly...

Good quality at a ridiculously low price
Review of CA Attack by
Maylie
Advantages: Excellent for young cricketers
Disadvantages: Not ideal for high standard match play
...I'm basing this review of the CA Attack Cricket Balls on the junior (4.75oz) version.
CA Cricket is a Pakistan-based company, who export their product to the UK. They also manufacture a wide range of other cricketing equipment, from bats to bags, and seem to base their offerings firmly within the 'value' sector.
The CA Attack balls were my first experience of the brand, and, being a coach of Under 13 cricketers, I was looking for a number of inexpensive, hard wearing cricket balls good enough to last through 16 weeks of indoor net practise.
The price of the balls is incredibly cheap (£2.49 per ball from www.thesportshq.com, who seem to have a tie-up with CA, as they carrry the full range of their equipment) and my initial concern was in terms of what kind of quality you are getting for your cash. A typical equivalent junior ball...

Go on, Attack yourself...!
Review of Body Attack Fitness Class by
MarcoG
Advantages: Get fit, get toned, shape up, start enjoying exercise
Disadvantages: A lot of sweat is usually involved
...different parts of the body, to different degrees of difficulty and ability. The best way I feel to describe Body Attack, is to think of an aerobics class, then notch it up a few gears. It is a cardio vascual interval training programme, set to music, that is a combination of aerobic, strength and stabilisation exercises. The classes can run up to an hour, but usually, if a class is in the morning, it will only run for 3/4 hour so that everyone can be out by 7:45 (I have yet to experience an early morning class, as my body would much rather be in bed at that time in the morning!). I usually go at the weekends or after work, so my hour classes are usually made up of about 10 or 11 'routines' set to different music tracks, which each last around 5 minutes. The first track is always a warm up (I love this one) and is rather slow paced, to build you...
