Disadvantages: you get a sweaty head

...im on a tight budget so i got a cheap full face hellmet rrp £75 got it from cyclesuk for £50!! it very comfy and looks great with a pair of goggles, doing biking alot more now i have more time, being at college for only 3 days a week, get in. this leaves me friday and saturday to go biking and work sunay monday, but any way. the front mouth vent pous air into your mouth, the interier is not removable like some 661 models. But the decals on the outside are large bell logos and faint drawings of mechanics with what seems like dimensions on, dont ask why. the visor is exeptionaly use full as it protects your eyes from 8 oclock onwards untill about 4 0clock depending on the sunlight hours but you get my drift. anyway I would just like to say how sweaty you get in it it needs a couple more vents in it. other than that it makes me feel totaly... Advantages: Good pucnh and good control for an hyper carbon racket
Disadvantages: needs more control

...This is a pretty good racket. Coming into the hyper carbon era in tennis from graphite this racket has a lot of punch to it, and also has a lot of control to it. The control may not be has good as the original ProStaff graphite racket which was used by former no. 1 Pete Sampras. However comparing this racket to other hyper carbon rackets this racket has good control. The punch in this racket makes it easier to play shots witm more power and little effort, however the draw back with this racket for me has been when trying to attack an approach ball. When you try to put a little more effort in the attack the racket usually ends up giving to much of a punch making the ball out of control.... Read review

...The Trek 1000 is an excellent value for money Entry level Road bike. The increasing demand for road bikes is a result of Triathlons huge and continuing success in the UK. There are few bikes in the Market which geniunley consider that ther are those of us out there who don't have a couple of grand to chuck away on a carbon bike, Enter Trek. The 1000 is serious value for money. The frame uses the same geometery as was used for 7 timeTour de france winner Lance armstrong and if it's good enough for him ... However the material is clearly not carbon but Aluminium however the from Fork is carbon and 2006 version also has a carbon seatpost, i beleve they have phased this out in the 2007 edition. The Gear setup is pretty low end. Sora Shifters, Tiagra Rear mech, and shimano standard everything else. However you do get what you pay... Read review
