...im on a tight budget so i got a cheap full face hellmet rrp £75 got it from cyclesuk for £50!! it very comfy and looks great with a pair of goggles, doing biking alot more now i have more time, being at college for only 3 days a week, get in. this leaves me friday and saturday to go biking and work sunay monday, but any way. the front mouth vent pous air into your mouth, the interier is not removable like some 661 models. But the decals on the outside are large bell logos and faint drawings of mechanics with what seems like dimensions on, dont ask why. the visor is exeptionaly use full as it protects your eyes from 8 oclock onwards untill about 4 0clock depending on the sunlight hours but you get my drift. anyway I would just like to say how sweaty you get in it it needs a couple more vents in it. other than that it makes me feel totaly... ...shimano, in using a new 4 pot system have moved into the league usually dominated by Hope. the 4 pot system gives greater power than two pot systems and doesnt overheat easily. the shimano is better than the hopes because it uses two cylinders to drive the pads rather than the one cylinder that the hope uses to drive all 4 pads. the shimanos are also a lot cheaper than other systems with comparible performance, although they need expensive hubs, making them more expensive than the hope open 2s. the braided hoses are bombproof but need to be precut and the levers give superb modulation and good feel.... ...I bought these brakes 6 months ago for my hard tail, I had looked at many other brakes like Hayes and Maguras but they didn't have the excellent quality and stopping power that the Hope M4's have. The brakes came pre-bled so it was just a case of bolting them on and aligning them. This can be a bit time consuming as the pads sit close to the rotor so they have to aligned well to stop any rubbing. Once everything is set up these brakes are virtually maintenance free, only have to replace the pads ever so often. The system stops any air leaks very well, I haven't had to re bleed them in the 6 months i have had them. Superb brakes that stop you in an instance and will not break however many times I crash and land on them.... Read review
