AC Milan Home Shirt 2008/09

Cool, comfy, smart

Advantages: comfort, style, smarter than other football shirts
Disadvantages: quite brightly coloured, could be a controversial choice if you aren't a Chelsea fan

Right let's put this in context. I come from a family of Chelsea fans and my Dad has been pestering me to get a new Chelsea shirt for a while now (mainly because none of my other ones fit me). The past few seasons shirts haven't been too inspiring so I haven't bothered, but this one is different. I'll to to explain. Comfort I love the material it's made from, it's really soft and doesn't rub like some football shirts do. I play football in it a lot and it's a really good choice. Also, my girlfriend genuinely specifically asks to wear this shirt to sleep. You know it's comfy when your girlfriend (from Middlesbrough) wants to wear it. Review of Chelsea Home Shirt 2008/09

Not The Best, But Still Great!

Advantages: Classic Milan design, well made.
Disadvantages: Not much in the way of design features.

AC Milan's classic home shirt almost always look good, but Adidas have done a really good job here! The traditional black and red combine two types of material, a standard football shirt material for the red and more of a mesh for the black. Manufactured in Adidas' ClimaLite fabric, it's comfortable to play in no matter what the weather conditions and stylish enough to wear for lesiure. Although, overall, a rather basic Adidas design this shirt doesn't suffer from it and the keyhole shaped collar adds comfort as well as a bit of design interest. The AC Milan badge is cloth with the gold star (in recognition of the times they've own the Scudetto) embroidered above it and the Adidas logo is also embroidered. A brilliant shirt for a brilliant club!

Advantages: A new look, and better than ever
Disadvantages: Price: still on the pricey side

Liverpool have introduced a newish shirt for 2008 until 2010 until they introduce a new strip. The shirt hasn't changed much, but the slight changes that have been made, make a big overall difference. Look: There have been some changes to the kit since 2007, these include: The collar: The collar has changed from polo shirt look to a sort of V neck shape. The inside of the shirt has a new pattern instead of plain red it is now red and white square blocks with the Adidas logo on. How much and where can I buy them? There are many places where you can buy the shirts, for example you local sports shop. However I would recommend visiting the Liverpool football club (lfc) website and viewing all the shops products aswell, because they have many football strips that may appeal to you depending on how much your willing to spend, such as ...
