Everybody collects things, yes? Over the years I have had many a collection, some which have lasted longer than others! One which went on for a good few years was my obsession with my TY Beanie collection! My friends and I all collected the soft and cuddly beanie teddies, so it was something we could all share together, which was nice! Between us we had most, if not all of the beanies out then, and I still have a few too, which I found the other day!
One of the beanies is a cat named Beani. I thought it was quite a bizarre thing to name the cat after the product, but nonetheless it was still unique to the cat! Each beanie has an unique appearance too! Naturally, Beani looks like a cat! Some lie on their stomachs or sides, and others upright. The wonderful idea of Beanie Baby was founded by Ty Warner in 1993. So they havn't been around for too long. . .
I can't even count the amount of hours i enjoyed playing with beanie babys. Since now i have a whole collection. They are for any age up, and are great cuddly toys, all stuffed and come with a little beanie sack in the bottom of them (via the name BEANIE Baby).
Any animal and even possibly any creature you can think of will be in a Beanie Baby form in all different sizes.
The prices do depend on what size teddy you buy. You can buy them from most toy and teddy stores. Or multiple shop stores, like bentalls or daniels. Oh and harrods is definitely the best place to go!
They are all great. And i advise them for anyone. Good collectables aswell so don't rip the famous TY tag off once you have one.
