Natural Rubber Gloves.

Advantages: A good quality product that is durable.
Disadvantages: None.

Rubber gloves are not on my list of favourite things to buy, I rarely wear them for anything else other cleaning drains or unblocking sink traps. But saying that I always keep a pair in my cupboard for dealing with those unforeseen emergencies. Getting the right type of rubber gloves can be tricky, some are so flimsy that they tear on their first outing, others can be so thick that you cannot feel your fingers and if you manage to buy the right size first time around then you are a far better woman than I am. The cheap rubber gloves are very hit and miss, they invariably have no lining and will end up damaging the skin on your hands. I find that the supermarket own brands often make my hands sweat so when I take the glove off my skin looks wrinklier than ever. Pay a little more for a pair of rubber gloves and you seem to get ...

Eat My Goal

Advantages: Decent Plot, some good acting, cleverly worked football scenes
Disadvantages: The ending is too loose and David Beckham's acting

Being a football fan the concept behind Goal seemed like one that should really appeal to me. I was however put off by Dream Team on Sky One and I was incredibly worried that Goal would just turn out to be an overly long episode of it. I did, however, feel it was unfair to judge Goal by Dream Team?s standard as for starters it had a much bigger budget and featured a number of real footballers. So having recently joined an online subscription service I took advantage of it to see a movie I wasn?t willing to actually buy. The plot follows the story of a young kid from Mexico. At a young age Santiago?s (Kuno Becker) family escaped Mexico for Los Angeles. They Fit Just Like A Glove.

Advantages: Provides relief and protects hands.
Disadvantages: Not widely available on the high street. Need to come in other sizes.
