You can save shots going at some speed and it doesnt hurt your fingers. You have great padding around the fingertips and palm of your hand as the fingers of the gloves have the hard bendy plastic inside and the padding around to keep your fingers secure. So if you injure your finger you can still play in goal as it is protected. These gloves are great for tipping the ball wide, over the bar or even grabbing it off the line.
