Advantages: Cardiovascular workout, tones legs, arms and bottom! Will help you lose weight if you push yourself. Excercise releases endorphins which give a sense of wellbeing :O)
Disadvantages: Can be noisy and safety mechanism limits how long a stride you can take. You need to be motivated to use it!

Sorry for the introduction to this review but I felt it needed a bit of a rhyme (not a very good one, I admit). In June of 2002 I felt the need to get into shape, I’d given birth to a beautiful daughter in April and was feeling a little out of shape to say the least! While I was pregnant I managed to put on a whopping 4 stones, wow! Thanks to ice cream and various other treats my butt was looking for a sign that said “Wide Load”. Advantages: no effort exercise

...Since I found Ciao I have spent far too much time sitting at my computer and less time walking and exercising. I still do the nightly air-walker thing, but this has been pushed to just before shower before bed and it wakes me up too much, which is not always a bad thing :-) The ideal solution appeared to be an electronic body toner. One of these machines you could strap yourself to and turn it on. This would be heaven, I could quite happily sit on the computer and my exercises would be done for me, effortlessly and with no after-pain of pulled muscles. The occassional twinge from the machine wouldn't disturb me and I could stop feeling guilty about not exercising. ...ski/snow gear. They sponsor various athletes, many of which are big names in the extreme sport world. -------- The shoe -------- This particular model is called the Analog. It is mainly made from suede with rubbery toe tips and sides primarily for extra control when skating but it is dead handy when you get scuff marks on them. All you need to do is get a damp cloth and wipe it off, simple. As with all shoes, comfort is a must. Anyone who buys trainers, shoes etc. just for the look is a fool. When I first got these I was kinda worried they wouldn’t be as comfy and my trusty Airwalks but after a prolonged wearing in period I can say they live up to skate shoes reputation of being excellent for walking/skating miles in.
