Advantages: Warm, designed specifically with children in mind, extendable Disadvantages: The toggles get in the way!
...with synthetic fibre. We decided on synthetic fibre because my husband is allergic to featherdown, we weren’t worried about how compact the bag would be and synthetic bags still perform well when wet or damp. Plus they can be machine washed with ease.
We chose the Ajungilak Little Viking Sleeping bag, as it seemed to combine all the features that we were looking for.
Ajungilak have been making sleeping bags for many years, I think the first bag was made in the 1870’s! They also specialise in synthetic fillings for sleeping bags and other bedding. Nowadays they manufacture their products in China but design and test them in Norway. They are widely available in the UK.
The Little Viking bag is an extendable sleeping bag recommended from birth until about 10 yrs old. It has an extra extension section that can be added on as the child grows so...

Advantages: Easily stored, light, can be done anywhere in the house Disadvantages: bit boring, little variation in exercises
...I bought this crunch trainer after having my first daughter, I tried deting etc but just couldnt loose those extra pounds, and it all seemed to be around my tummy. I found it priced quite reaonably against other fitness products, and it is fairly compact and can be stored easily. The product is easy to use and can be done anywhere in your house, so can you do it whilst your watching your favourite soaps, and whats more its not something that you have to spend 30+ mins on every day like some keep fit machines. The only real downside to it is that it can become a bit monotomous and there is very little variation in the exercises, however it did its job and I managed to lose that extra around my waist, so I was very pleased....

Advantages: Lightweight, easy to use, fuel and time efficent Disadvantages: hard to clean
...a small compact stove for just one person then the Mini-Trangia is the one for you. You can pick them for less than £20 and they are as durable and as efficient as the rest of the Trangia range. They include everything basic that's needed for 1 person to cook for themselves.
However if you're looking for a cooker for 2 then the "27 series" stove is the one you want. Compact and lightweight (850g) it comes with two 1litre saucepans, an 18cm frying pan and the standard windshield and pan handler. These models start at around £40 but are available in non-stick and Duossal (stainless steel + aluminium) and have the option of a kettle (which isn't that particularly useful unless you're already using both saucepans)
My favourite is the 25 series - It's every bit as efficient as the mini or 27 series but you can cook things on a larger scale...
