Advantages: No bites Disadvantages: Tricky to use at first
...Mosquito Coils
On my recent jollies to Italy, we were staying in the mountains, and not wanting to be eaten alive, I bought a pack of these for outdoor use.
~~Product and Packaging~~
The coils come wrapped in some kind of foil, and when opened, they are green coils, with two being pushed together, and requiring separating.
~~When Do I use them?~~
These are recommended for use in non tropical areas with a low risk of malaria and insect transmitted diseases, and they are a repellent against mosquitos and other flying insects.
The packet suggests that they are ideal for barbecues and camping, and I would suggest that they are ideal for al fresco dining.
They are for outdoor use only, and this is very clearly stated- must be something to do with the fumes I think.

Advantages: Is The best you can get Disadvantages: Expensive
...of all, be the correct weight.
The Ultimax fits this perfectly. Made from 26 individually stitched panels and made from a great material resistant to abrasion on most surfaces, it is a ball that will last.
It is also very light. Not too light like the Nike Scorpion Balls. We also saw In the world cup how a light ball meant that star players were booming their shots high into the crowd. A ball must be light enough to prevent you breaking your foot when striking it but heavy enough to keep it on a straight and accurate trajectory. Wind factor whould not play a part. The world cup football was more like a beachball.
To show it is the ball of choice, the majority of pro clubs in the Nationwide league and Premiership here in UK use this ball as their matchball. The professionals al lseem to like it thanks to its consistency and resistance...

WhAt aRe tHeY LiKe???
i was surprised at how heavy they were, but they are very easy to use and are very clear on what to do. there is a lever at the back which you can change to make them go slower but harder (for toning) or faster (for calorie burning). when i first stepped on them i was a bit wobbly lol but they are so easy to use once you get used to them.
WhAt AcTuAlLy HaPpEnS???
in the booklet it says for beginners to do 5 mins to start off. but after 5 mins i couldn't really feel any burn in my legs so carried on to do the full 15 mins which practically killed me!! anyway its easy to tell how long youve been on them for because off the timer on the trainer which counts down to the last second...so no excuses!! ive only watched the DVD that came with it once and even then it got boring. usually i just work out in front...
