Advantages Keep my hands warm and dry

Disadvantages none

I was fed up with getting wet hands when I wore my fleece or wool gloves and played in the snow with the children so when I was sale shopping after Christmas and I spotted a pair of Alpine slalom Snowsport gloves these were £10 reduced from £25. These gloves are available from both Blacks and Millets on or off line for day still for £10. I do not usually spend a tenner on gloves but when I tried these on in the shop they felt so good warm and comfy soft and padded also I thought the comfort of not getting wet hands was worth it.

Alpine Slalom Snowsport Gloves
These gloves are black with a blue grey piping at a seam on each finger where the fingernail bed on your hand is. There is a double row of piping across where your knuckles are. on the side of the wrist there is a black star fitted this goes across the back of your hand , threaded through a plastic loop on the other side of the back of your hand. This strap can be folded up back on itself and stays in place with the Velcro which is fitted this is a way of tightening or loosening the gloves around your wrists.
The inner wrist face is elasticised.
The shell of the glove is nylon with PU coating
The palm face of the glove has the grip area of a stronger non shiny PVC material. The inner lining is polyester too.
The gloves are soft and padded they are filled with polyester giving thermal properties.

These gloves come in a range of sizes from xsmall through to x large. They are a mans glove however I am a lady with fairly large hands I have a pair which fit me well.

I have not used these to grasp my ski poles but I have hung on to my sledge for dear life with them and the grip is good.

They kept my hands dry when making snow men and throwing snow balls at the grandchildren. They did keep my hands really dry warm and cosy. I would certainly recommend these gloves. I have only had them for a short time but I think that they should be quite hard wearing and last me a few years.

When out in the cools a warm pair of hands and feet is always important these certainly keep my hands warm.
