...Over the past few years, I have experimented with many different forms of electronic muscle toners. These have ranged from sticky pads to ones that require special toning lotion. The Bodi tek sports pro is good, as all you need is water to moisten the felt toning pads. The amount of control that you have over whether you tone one muscle group or more is superb.The pack comes with four pairs of large pads, and two pairs of smaller ones. There are adjustable straps to hold the pads in place and make the unit suitable for almost anyone. What I like most about the whole unit , is that it is portable , in its own well designed travel pack.
