These single sex changing rooms are not available when the schools are in, namely 9am - 12pm and 1.30pm - 3pm. For some mysterious reason these changing rooms are not in use on Sundays. I have tried to get the management to turn the lights on, so we girls can have a decent shower or use a clean toilet cubicle, but they are very resistant to my suggestions. THE MAIN POOL: The main pool is 25 metres long and 10 metres wide. It has the capacity to accommodate 4 lanes and there are backstroke flags rigged above it at both ends. There are 4 metal "ladder style" sets of steps, situated at each corner of the pool. ...the NightKast (MSRP of $1025 though!) This is an outstanding marker out of the box. The Outkast is one of the smoothest and most accurate pneumatic markers I have ever used. It is well worth the money! I would recommend running out the door now before they are all gone. Another note about this review: I do not own the Outkast. This was borrowed from my friend, John for an extended test drive. I have shot this marker for three weekends and @ 6 hours. I ran about 2500 rounds through the Outkast during that time. Advantages: Great Finger Support Sytem

...The Total 90 wired gloves are very good because use the latest technology in ensuring maximum grip of the football and protection of the player. I would recommend these gloves to someone who maybe playing for a Sunday team but would not recommend to those who are in academy level or higher. The implications of those not being the highest rated gloves is because the grip on the glove is not as thick as other leading brands such as sellsport and uhlsport. The big advantage is the support structure for your fingers situated in the glove and is very effective at reducing the amount your finger is bent back when stopping the ball. As said above overall this glove is great for Sunday players and pub teams but would not recommend higher than that.... Read review
