Advantages: Great feel and very impressive design
Disadvantages: Havent found any yet! but might not suit the higher handicap players

...I bought the nike forged blades in 2006 and am still very impressed with every aspect of them! In terms of performance, they are a relatively small blade but all this does is focus more power into the sweetspot in the centre of the clubface and when struck cleanly gives a soft, powerful feeling and a great result! In terms of asthetics, they are a very sleek yet simple design and are finished off with a very stylish nike tick on the back of each club making them very stylish and desirable! As a player, i would reccommend this blade to lower handicap players as higher handicap players may struggle to strike the ball consistently enough to get the best out of them. Advantages: Healthy Body & Mind
Disadvantages: Expensive joining & monthly fee

...rooms, the small coffee shop area with TV, 2 classrooms, most of the treadmills and the cardio equipment - rowing and cycling machines etc. The 2nd floor consist of the ladies changing room, floor mat area for the stretches, and mainly all the weights and arm, leg presses. All in all this is well-equipped gym in nice large cool air-conditioned rooms. The changing rooms are nice and large with private (hire) or day lockers available. You just need to bring your own padlock or hire one from reception for 50p a time. The showers are clean and have hot water – you have to bring your own towel or hire one for GBP1.00. The sauna is same sex and you must shower before you can go in for hygiene purpose.
