The 2nd floor consist of the ladies changing room, floor mat area for the stretches, and mainly all the weights and arm, leg presses.
All in all this is well-equipped gym in nice large cool air-conditioned rooms.
The changing rooms are nice and large with private (hire) or day lockers available. You just need to bring your own padlock or hire one from reception for 50p a time. The showers are clean and have hot water – you have to bring your own towel or hire one for GBP1.00. The sauna is same sex and you must shower before you can go in for hygiene purpose.

Not entirely. Modern derailleur chains employ a construction known as bushingless, developed originally by Sachs-Sedis. If you split the narrow link, you can see for yourself what a bushingless chain looks like.
Bushingless chains have one major advantage over a bushed chain. The bushingless design is better at allowing lube to get to the centre of the chain, and the lube moves from the centre to the outside carrying dirt and grit with it. Consequently bushingless chains last a lot longer. There is also the adavantage that bushingless chains are more flexible facilitating gear changes.
If you take them apart all chains are made in a similar fashion. They only differ in the quality of the materials used, the shape of the side-plates, and manufacturing tolerances.
