This replacement hipbelt fits the Bora 90 and 95 backpacks.
* Sizes are based upon a measurement 2" below top of hipbone with 2.5 - 7.5 inches of separation at the belt front
* Small fits 27 - 32 inches, Medium fits 32 - 37 inches and Large fits 37 - 42 inches
Advantages: Well built, Good load transfer, Non sweat back system Disadvantages: Heavy, looks slightly odd, Occipital cavity doesnt work, front pocket opening too small.
...for this to happen with some users so its a bit pointless.
As for the changes - well the hipbelt seems to have been updated with a sort of a plasticy exoskeleton with the berghaus "EXTREM" logo at the side. As perviously mentioned there is the new waterproof pocket and there are rumors that the Dry Fusion (creats a 100% waterproof pack) technology employed on the Extrem Crag rucksack will make its way to the cyclops for 2005.
In anycase the cyclops carrys a heavy load well and is a tough as they come. If you need a serious pack you wont go far wrong with this.
UPDATE: I've had a look at the latest Version of the Cyclops III and noticed the follwing things : The Evabreathe foam is now softer - which should quash the complaints about the back system feeling softer. The new updated hip belt has more venting and is also softer....

Advantages: Erm, still thinking... Disadvantages: Too many to list!
...it be an empty or genuine threat. My bank immediately sent off a claim form to LA Fitness refusing to make the payment and if for whatever reason, LA Fitness try to, Virgin'll get the money back from them for me. I have been told to contact Virgin Thursday to find out what's happening.
In the meantime, I have paid £39.95 for a gym I refuse to go back to, plus I cannot even hand my remaining membership over to someone else for them to use (not that I'd want to wish that place on my worse enemy).
I have been a member of a few gyms and have never experienced the problems above, when I signed for 6 or 12 months, that was it - no need for termination costs.
Join LA Fitness Aldgate if you must but don't forget that letter of termination or you'll be paying until you're 90!...

Advantages: rapid soaking-ready in 10 mins! low sugar, high fibre! Disadvantages: none that i have found so far
...Since one of my horses cam down with laminitis this summer i have had to re-think there feeding.
Before i had always used the traditional beet pulps that were molassed and required soaking for 24 hours before it can be fed to horses, but since this is a molassed feed it isnt suitable for my laminatic horse.
Speedibeet is an unmolassed beet pulp which is 95% sugar free and is ready in 10 minutes if soaked with cold water or 5 minutes if soaked in hot water and is recomended by the laminitis trust as suitable for horses or ponies prone to laminitis.
The product is presented as flakes of beet pulp unlike the pellets that are the traditional beet pulp, you soak them in a ration of 1:5 ie if you use 250 grams of speedibeet flakes you need to add 1.25 litres of water, which means they need more water added than pellets which require soak...
