...stocked would be somewhat of an understatement. The resistance machines are plentiful and there is a designated free weights area, which is maybe a little on the small side. Back down to the changing rooms, quick change and a shower and it’s through to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is I believe 20m by 10m. It is well maintained, as my eyes never sting when I get out. It is 4ft deep the whole way across meaning the only time a lifeguard is on duty is when there are kids in the pool, which is not very often. There is a Spa joined to pool which is good to relax those aching muscle from the gym, again it is well maintained as I never have stinging eyes from that either. The beauty studio is called the sensory and offers awide range of treatments from massages, manicures, facials and tanning sessions and they use well known products such as Clarins and thalgo. the club runs amny classes as there are two studios situated in the gym and the pool is used. the classes include YOGA, PILATES, AQUA AEROBICS, SPINNING, BODY PUMP and a lot more.
