Advantages: Good durability, great for all day rides Disadvantages: None
...the special blend of mud in certain parts of South Wales still manages to bring everything to a sudden halt the moment you put a wheel in it.
The low rolling resistance of these tyres is compounded by the size of the tyre. They are available in 2.1", which seems to be the most popular size for many riders these days or, for those who enjoy all day expeditions or just want to be perverse (I fit into at least one of those categories, depening on who you ask) there's a 1.8" tyre which is quite startlingly narrow. With 65psi in a 1.8" tyre it's almost slightly alarming how easy the bike is to pedal, although when it starts getting rough the pressure will need to be dropped somewhat before you find your bike bouncing around everytime you hit a root or rock.

Advantages: FUN EXERCISE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS Disadvantages: NO INSTRUCTIONS
...What can say about the Pro-Fitness Gymnastic Ball? It’s big. It’s bouncy. And mine is silver in colour. It costs only £3.99 from Argos. I reserved mine on the Argos website – a simple and straightforward procedure. Trust me. I then chose the outlet I wanted to collect it from – in this case, Eastgate Centre in Inverness. Although the ball is blue on the website picture, there’s no indication that there is a colour range. I was told at the store that I wouldn’t...

Advantages: Very Light, Very Comfortable Disadvantages: Hard to get back in its stuff sac
...This was my second thermarest pad that i purchased after amazing usage of the first one.
It is increadly light and very very small meaning that it can be packed inside your rucksack along with your sleeping bag, not lashed to the outside of your pack.
The pad is very very durable and is not very prone to holes and if i ever do get one i have the free repair kit included in the stuff sac.
The pad is exceptionally comfortable and provides an excellent nights sleep for anyone who finds those annyoying foam things a nightmare.
The pad is a little pricey at £65 but i call it an investment as it provides so many more hours of rest that the closed cell mats.
Once youve gone thermarest, you never go back....
