What better way was there to welcome arsenal to their new home of the emirates stadium than by reverting last seasons cherry coloured shirt back to our traditional colours of bright red and white with a little gold stripe down the side.
The shirt itself is covered in little spheres which are part of Nike's Sphere dry system, designed to wick away sweat in an instant thus keeping hte body cool and from becoming to sticky on a hot summers day.
The layout of the shirt is fairly plain with simply the arsenal crest, the nike logo and our new sponsors Fly emirates placed across the middle of the shirt .
Yes is has truly been a pleasure watching arsenal play in their traditional colours again this season and i look forward to seeing them in this shirt again next time around
