soo comfortable
Review of Adidas Nuvo Mundial by
mansfield666
Advantages: These boots are soo comfortable and look good too
Disadvantages: none
...After setting my eyes on these boots i brought them straight away. The most comfortable boots i've ever worn.
Boots made from Nike, Asics and all the other manufactures don't even come close to the comfort level of these boots!
These boots are certiantly something that i would say is,
MUST BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These boots are just unbelieveable, they are the best pair of boots.
The main thing that makes these superb boots so special is the look and the comfort level!
For the price of around £50 many people may believe this to be far too dear but as far as i am concerned the price doesn't matter because the more comfortable the boots the better you are likley to play.
Even know the saying has it "its not the boots that make the player"
This is were i think an exception should be made because these i believe are a must pair for any...

This gym is no longer a gym!!!
Review of David Lloyd Clubs, Milton Keynes by
leefree
Advantages: More children, no equipment, more expensive food, less changing areas
Disadvantages: They'll probably still make loads of money - vote with your feet people!!!
...Lloyds should rename the club McFitness or Tesco's Fitness Emporium. I'm bitterly dissapointed after being a member for nearly 3 years - avoid! avoid! avoid! Corporate rubbish! with one motive: cash!!!!....

Go on, Attack yourself...!
Review of Body Attack Fitness Class by
MarcoG
Advantages: Get fit, get toned, shape up, start enjoying exercise
Disadvantages: A lot of sweat is usually involved
..., maybe they're missing a trick?), so you can't do these specific exercises at home...because well, what would be the point? You need lots of room for a start and it is so much better having someone there to help you with motivation...plus at the gym, there isn't a sofa nearby for you to sit on and think 'I'll just skip this bit...ooo is Trisha on...' etc. RTS do however, sell fitness DVDs that are unrelated to any of their programmes, but will help you keep in shape. Have a look at their website (details at the bottom) to find out more info...I have no idea what they're like, but I'd guess they'd give Davina or Tracey Shaw a run for their money.
MY EXPERIENCE:
At first, as a man, I was quite apprehensive about going. I thought I would stick at going to the gym and leave classes to everyone else. I was worried that the whole experience...
