Advantages: Good quality. Easy to hit. Inexpensive. Disadvantages: Not a lot!

My wee lass finally outgrew her original half set of golf clubs, “Super Kids”, that I bought for her when she was about six-years-old. They had served her well for six years, and were her first introduction to the sport, but when I saw her practically bent over double at the driving range at the beginning of the year, (the clubs were too short for her) then I knew it was past time for an upgrade of equipment.
~ ~ Most kids will outgrow their junior clubs at about the age of eleven on, depending on the physical development of the individual child. At this point, if you are serious about them learning to play golf properly, it’s vital that they are kitted out with a set of golf clubs that are suitable for them in terms of weight, grips, and shaft length and flexibility.

Advantages: Get fit, get toned, shape up, start enjoying exercise Disadvantages: A lot of sweat is usually involved
...to classes as part of you gym membership, which can be anything from £20-£40 per month - or you should be able to 'pay as you go' at most gyms. They're also handy to lay on a mat before you do any...

....e. not showing any of the pin below upon which it is connected with) otherwise it flags it up as pad contact problems which can be time consuming if you repeatedly check pads and don't find a problem!
So putting all my minor introductory/set-up mishaps to one side, I am actually impressed once more with these shorts (and have to add I haven't had any further problems with pad contact problems etc since my initial first use). The best way to describe the feeling of these shorts is a deep vibration down the backs of your legs, although be wary of progressing too high too quickly as it can sting a bit (presumably due to the increased sensitivity of the general area). There are 4 programmes that allow you to progress up to an intensity of 99, and each session has a set number of sessions that allow you to gradually increase intensities at a rate...
