when i started boxing training at a serious level i didnt know what products to purchase, i tried all of the bags at my local club and still wasnt satisfied. That was until i used the BBE Speedball, with its great look and design.
This speedball was definately my ideal choice with a great look and excellent exterior leather design. Nice and compact too, the ball is padded with shock absorbant foam to generously decrease the risk of injury to hands and wrists, making your training more comfortable, reliable and fun.
The bag is also shaped in a way for all combinations of punches, to improve on movement and coordination, with a weight design to stop too much swing.
Its definately worth the small cost!!

If you are unaware of BBE its a fantastic record label, which stands for Barely Breaking Even, in London. If you do know it then you'll know the kind of stuff they put together. Check out there website for a better idea at www.bbemusic.com (although not the best site in the world)
