GT Aggressor XC2. What a Bike for the Money

Advantages: Strong Frame and Wheels, Tyres do not let go
Disadvantages: None really!!

Bought this bike with my work cycle to work scheme. A great buy from Halfords. Excellent speck for the price and a very strong bike. I'm 18st 10 (253 ibs) and in my opinion this bike can handle this weight easily. Great colour Black with like a Pearlesent White, Very good speck components, Shimano Deore derauillers and Sram Truvatic Crank. Hydrolic Brakes and Discs. These will stop you instantly and do tare a little time to get used to or a flight over the bars could come along. These sqeak when covered in Muck and Water for the first few occasions, but when used this disapates. Wheels are Alex DP17 rims, Strong, Maxxis Ingnitor Tyres Grip like hell. Suntour XCR forks are ok for Cross Country riding, Not a great Jump fork, but hey Im no Jumper! (I think that if yoiu are lighter than me you could have some safe landings with these ...

BhS Bridal Range

Advantages: availability has improved
Disadvantages: for the money you can get better elsewhere

The title of this piece should read like a joke - as that is what their range of bridal wear is. BhS stopped their bridal wear range some time ago following multiple scandals of dresses not turning up on time, sizes being permanently out of stock etc.... After a short breathing space they have relaunched the bridal range but this time it appears to be more "off-the-peg". I don't know who they have lined up as designers but the words "what designers" spring to mind. The dresses are amongst the most uninspired I have ever seen (and belive me I have seen a lot!). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried a couple on. Now granted, I may not be "miss perfect figure 2001" but I am a pretty normal size 12 but I am not certain what creature the dresses were modeled on for it certainly was not human... they were the most awful shape ...

Gt Agressor- bad ass bike!

Advantages: Aluminium Frame, Good gear set, looks ace!
Disadvantages: no rear suspension

This bike has got fantastic geometry and is therefor a very comfortable ride. The tripple triange frame is very solid and the bike goes where you point it. When i bought the bike it came with 27 gears, cable disc brakes,(which will soon be upgraded), and some decent shocks. So far i love it!! the bike looks ace too. What a visually pleaseing piece of design. Great bike to upgrade. Starting components are reasonable as u get what u pay for, in this case a great frame and some slightly shady parts. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with the components if u r an occasional MTBer but if u go offroad lots you'll need stronger components which can handle rougher stuff than the RST's it comes with as standard. ...
