The running vinyl is also gripped, making slipping an allmost impossibility. What i usually find very annoying is the noise machines ... ...and extremely balanced, making your training alot more enjoyable.
The machine has various speed levels, so you can vary your training as well as the machine being suitable for any different fitness level. For those looking for uphill running, it has a great incline effect which operates very smoothly and has no impact on your running pace.
