...I have always been keen on keeping fit, for my lifestyle as well as my job. But during busy periods i need to do my training from home. So i asked around and was recommended by my friend the BHFitnessCruiser Plus. I wanted to test it beforehand, so i had a quick preview and test on his. Instantly i was interested.
Most running machines have a hard surface, this one has less impact on the legs, making running more comfortable, safe and giving less impact on joints. The running vinyl is also gripped, making slipping an allmost impossibility. What i usually find very annoying is the noise machines make when running on them, this was incredibly quiet surprisingly and extremely balanced, making your training alot more enjoyable.
The machine has various speed levels, so you can vary your training as well as the machine being suitable...

Advantages: Easy way to keep fit. Disadvantages: Can't think of any.
...Last Christmas, my mum (a.k.a. "Santa") got the family a Wii Fit - hinting at my sister and I that we need to keep fit. I'm going to admit, I'm a bit fat. Now, I'm not one of those people you see in documentaries who can't get out of bed because they're huge but I could stand to lose a stone or two. I used to go to the gym twice a week but I found it too difficult and it was straining keeping up with my trainer, and I felt embarassed whenever I told him I couldn't do something. I did lose about half a stone though so I was happy about that. When I started using the Wii fit I was a bit anxious about trying it out because it had been a while since I'd been to the gym and I wasn't too keen to let my family see how unfit I was! However, I've been using it on-and-off since Christmas and it's great! It's been about a month since I last used it...
