...This Gym is really good. I joined just before my 16th Birthday so I payed as a child and I also got a year free savind ma a LOT of money so if your 15 you should do this to. At this Gym they have weights, pull up machines, weight machines, running machines, treadmills, Kids pool, Adult pool, steam room, exercize bikes that face four TVs That you can put ear phones in and my favourite the rowing machine, all the equipment is state of the art and suitable for people who want an intense fitness reigeme or to pop in once a week to keep the wife happy so I reccommend you join today....

.... This treadmill is as comfortable as the ones in my local gym, and for all it's minor faults, it has one big advantage….I can use it whenever I like, and even watch TV while I walk. For someone with as poor a fitness level as myself, this is a huge plus, I need all the motivation I can get, and as little excuse factors as possible.
Yes there are improvements that could be made to the Powerstrider (motorised incline/memory function), but that would make it far more expensive. I'm therefore recommending this treadmill, to those who, like me, are making their first steps on the road to fitness, feel too self-conscious to use a public gym and of course have the space. My local gym costs £5 a session, so even if I use it twice a week (£520/year), it will have paid for it's within a year (I'm not sure what the electricity consumption is but I'm pretty sure...

Advantages: Run in the dry when it is raining Disadvantages: Takes up a bit of space
...on legs, stomach, shoulders and arms and we both get puffed out less at higher speeds than we did when we first bought it, so I am guessing that it has helped strengthen our hearts and increased our lung capacity. There are many books to read about the benefits of walking but the above are the ones we have noticed.
At the moment it is dark outside, raining, about 2 degrees Celsius and very windy. I don't want to walk far in this weather so it is a great benefit to be able to jump on the treadmill, put music on my mp3 player and have a half hour aerobic exercise session.
The disadvantages?
My husband thought we could keep it in front of the television and watch his favourite programmes while he walked. The computer part is too high for him to do this comfortably, he is 5'10", and I can't even see the top of the tv over the computer so no good...
