Advantages: FUN EXERCISE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS Disadvantages: NO INSTRUCTIONS
...What can say about the Pro-Fitness Gymnastic Ball? It’s big. It’s bouncy. And mine is silver in colour. It costs only £3.99 from Argos. I reserved mine on the Argos website – a simple and straightforward procedure. Trust me. I then chose the outlet I wanted to collect it from – in this case, Eastgate Centre in Inverness. I was given until close of business on the day after next to collect the ball so don’t make a reservation unless you’re able to collect it within 48 hours. Once you’ve placed an online reservation, you are sent an e-mail with a reservation number – you MUST print this e-mail and bring it to the store with you. Although the ball is blue on the website picture, there’s no indication that there is a colour range. I was told at the store that I wouldn’t...

Advantages: fun, something different, comfortable Disadvantages: a bit pricey, takes practice
...on the front of the shoe. With the single wheeled versions of Heelys you get a plug which will fit into the gap left by the wheel and you also get a tool to remove the plug, however Heelys do not currently make plugs to fit the two wheeled verion of Heelys but the wheels are still removable. All wheels can be replaced and Heelys make faster wheels for more advanced skaters.
You will probably have seen many kids flying about on Heelys but its not as easy as it looks, it does take practise to get used to (4 days in my case!) as the technique used is different to roller skating or inline skating as you always have to have one foot in front of the other (this is how you keep your balance) rather than side by side. You have to figure out which foot feels most comfortable in front and you lift your toes up so that you are balanced on the wheel...

Advantages: speed, style, comfort Disadvantages: tedious to remove chain guard
...My previous bikes had always been "not quite right" so had
undergone various modifications, but they still fell short
of what I really wanted. The Raleigh Pioneer 160 was the
first bike I've ever owned that almost perfectly matches my
requirements. The only modifications I've needed to make
are the addition of: wheel reflectors, a large bell, bar ends,
a bungee cord, and dynamo lights.
Further testament to the desirability of this bike can be
had from the thief who stole my first one from my own back
yard and had to haul it over high walls and a roof.
In fact, it is so good that after the insurance company
replaced it with the same model, someone tried to steal that
one too.
This bike is fast and comfortable.
The large alloy wheels (700c) combined with the 21 gears of
the 48/38/28T chainset and 14-28T freewheel provide all...
