Advantages: Easy way to keep fit. Disadvantages: Can't think of any.

Yoga
This is my least favourite part of the Wii Fit, mainly because I can't do most of the poses without falling over. There are 15 poses to master, each with only one difficulty level. The only two I can get four stars in is deep breathing and the shoulder stand (because they are increadibly easy.
Yoga is scored based on your balance during the poses. That means if you wobble all over the place your probably not going to get better than one star! You can be doing the pose perfectly but if you move even slightly off your score will go down!
To be honest, I don't see the point in doing yoga at all. All you do is bend to the side slightly and if you can't do it right it can really hurt! However, many people seem to do it - maybe it is good for you...

The Wii fit balance board measures and monitors...

Advantages: A great improvement on Wii Fit Disadvantages: You need to be self motivated to stick with it

I do like it but it has its shortcomings not least of which is the fact that it takes a long time to work through a routine so I was pleased when I heard that Nintendo were bringing out a new versions and I wanted to see what that offered.
Wii Fit Plus is intended to overcome some of the shortcomings and to allow you to plan a whole routine rather than do it piecemeal and have to wait between exercises. I preordered mine via Amazon where you buy Wii Fit Plus for just £17.99 if you already have the Wii Balance Board or £79.99 with the Balance Board.
As this is a full product review I will outline everything that it does which does include everything on the original Wii Fit so if you already have Wii...
