weight, centre of gravity etc and feeds this back wirelessly to the Wii console plugged into your television.
Therefore, Wii Fit is the software, which enables you to use the Wii balance board to improve your health. The Wii fit is simply a disk which when inserted into the console will allow you to set up a profile. This profile will include a cartoon animation version of yourself called a "Mii" which you can create using an inbuilt program on the Wii. You are then asked to record details about your name, date of birth and height. The program will do some initial tests such as weighing you, telling you your BMI and giving you some balance tests. Intro
Wii Fit is something quite difficult to review. But people think that playing things like Wii Fit, is doing them good. I did lose about half a stone though so I was happy about that. When I started using the Wii fit I was a bit anxious about trying it out because it had been a while since I'd been to the gym and I wasn't too keen to let my family see how unfit I was! However, I've been using it on-and-off since Christmas and it's great! It's been about a month since I last used it ...
