Once on the cross trainer you will find it's action very smooth and on the low setting very easy to use so is ideal for someone who is very unfit or not used to training. As your fitness improves the cross trainer is capable of keeping pace with those improvements to a high level of fitness.
Instructors recommend training at various speeds and the programs on the cross trainer allow this. The graph on the computer shows how the tension is set for each program, the higher the line the harder it is the lower the easier. Any time you find the going to hard or easy just press a button to adjust the tension.

Advantages: Very Comfortable, great feel for the ball, stylish, pro's choice Disadvantages: relatively expensive, hard to find, not too long lasting, only come in blue
.... If you also consider that other top of the range boots such as Adidas Preditors retail at £120, £90 doesn't seem so steep especially for a better boot!
Last season i had a problem with both my world cups and copa's, they 'came away at the toe'. This is when the leather pulls away from the sole. However i have not had this problem with the Profi's even after more use. So if your a serious footballer who wants the best boots on the market, i would recommend the Addidas profi's, after all they're better than preditors at a snipet of the price!

...I found out about fitness first when I was searching the Internet for fitness clubs in my area. The club sounded really good, as well as the gym they ran fitness classes including Pilates and Yoga, had a Spa area and a members only video club. They were offering a free day to one of their fitness clubs, so I thought 'why not' and registered my details. A few days later I was called by the Edinburgh Club and asked if I would like to make an appointment to have a tour of the gym and use the facilities.
Upon arrival the place was crowded and 'Simon' whom I had an appointment with was already with a client. After waiting 10 minutes a girl from reception showed me around the maze like layout of the place.
