Advantages: Sturdy robust machine combining bike and rower features
Disadvantages: Needs sufficient space and heavy to shift around

...provides great exercise. A lot of fun to row/pedal away in time to current favourite fast music, Bach is doing well for me in that respect right now! All in all, money well spent and highly recommended if you have the space for this quite large machine, as it is definitely doing me a lot of good healthwise and MUCH safer than getting on a bike outside and then being run over by a juggernaut!...
