First of all let me apologise, This review is based on the RIO Abtronic however I have asked for this category so as soon as it is up I will move this!
This product comes with a belt, a velcro strip in order to enlarge the belt, 3 pads and 2 squeezy things of gel as well as a reorder form and a set of instructions.
So what do I do? Well, first of all you attatch the pads to the pins which are like poppers...make sure you follow the instructions for this part as those pins really hurt if you do it wrong.
Next apply the gel to the pads in an even smooth layer, probably around 0.5 to 1 cm thick.
Now ensuring that everything is in place including the battery's apply it around your waste, I found the first time i used this I had to fiddle it around untill I found the right spot I have mine slightly below my stomach although it's very hard to explain where this should go on everyone.
Next you have 2 buttons one of which is your On/Off programme button the other is a level.
Now, when your press the button once for the 1st time you will see a green light flash once, this means that your abtronic is on program one. You may also notice that every few seconds this light flashes this is simply when the abtronic is Buzzing you (Yes very Technical) the light comes on so if you see the light flashing and you can't feel anything it's time to turn the thing up a few buzzes!
The settings on the rio abtronic are 1:Shape and Trim, 2: Toning and 3: Shiatsu massage.
I recommend the first two only because the 3rd one feels like someone slapping you in the stomache all the time.
I suppose you want to know the results? Well I had mine on whilst in the Gym one day and by the time I'd finished my stomach was as hard as a rock however, I also use the Rio Ab.. during the day when I'm in college or just lazing around at home and although this has some effect it's very hard to keep it so if you want this to be a success use it whilst excercising you'll notice the difference.
Ooh before I forget this also has a setting on it that switches itself off after 10 min. This is supposed to happen, if you read the manual it'll tell you about not overusing the abtronic etc.
Now here's the yucky bit, yup you've got your lovely toned stomach now it's time to remove the ab. Simply slow down the machine untill it stops, then take out battery, Now remove the belt and Run run run to the bathroom to get some tissue and wipe off all the excess gel stuff.
