...These dumb bells are very well made and can hold enough weights for you to build some serious muscle! The weights come in reasonable sizes and you have the ability to mix and match different weights until the dumb bells are set at the right mass for you. They are easily adjusted and the end screw on washers are very sturdy and have never once come off while i have been using them! The only bad thing about these weights is the handle they have in the middle of the dumb bells, this handle is made of solid metal and the grip on it is not great so i find that my hands end up slidding un and down the handle. However this can easily be solved by buying some weight gloves that provide the user with extra grip and enable you to get the skin on your hands blister free while working some serious muscle up in your arms! ...This is a product that has probably saved my life! I recently came off my bike and landed head down. The helmet was destroyed but I survived without even a concussion. To put this in perspective I did smashed my shoulder and collar bone to the point where it is going to take six months to heal assuming I don't need further surgery, flayed the skin from my back and bruised the backs of my ankles, but no head wounds. What more do you want from your helmet? The reasons I choose the Bell Triumph were fairly simple, for the price it looks pretty good, it's light at 250g and the front vents have mesh covers, which if you have ever had a wasp trapped against your head for any amount of time you will appreciate!... ...Bell triumph About 4 month ago I was out playing with my mates down at our self built trail throu some trees. It had been rainning the day before like it always does in england and we where having trouble on the track. I was second to go down so most of the rocks were quite slipy and my grip could not take it. I turned a corner onto a rocky part a slid of. I flew throu the air and into a large rock and I was fine my helmet saved my life and the helmet was fine I think but triumphs do scrach easy but no one cares about a few of them any way. Comes with mesh cothers over vents. My point is tha this is one heck off a stong helmet and who ever uses this product is in very very good hands.
