Advantages: Compact, not too heavy, packs a lot in. Disadvantages: Feels bulky if filled to the brim. Price is a little high.
...I used the Tatonka Flightcase for a short trip to Amsterdam and found it really good for what I needed it for. I was on my trip for three days and had more than enough space in the pack for clothes, washbag and other sundries. The capacity of the pack is 40L which may not be ideal for long trips but for trips that last one or two weeks I dont think you'd have a problem. The obvious advantage is that the pack fits in hand luggage and it does with no trouble at all.
I didn't really have any problem with the pack but I would say that it did feel a little bulky sometimes even though it's not that big. It is also quite pricey although I have seen it getting cheaper on certain sites. I paid £60 for the pack. Other than that, it was more or less perfect and many people were amazed at just how much it held. Definately going to be using for my...

Advantages: Easy to inflate. Good value. Portable. Very comfortable. Disadvantages: You need an electricity supply for inflation.
...The Aerobed comes in various guises - single, double and king size and raised (at normal bed height) or as a stand alone mattress. Prices range from around £50 for a single mattress, to £140 for a raised king size bed.
All the beds come with an integrated pump, which inflates it automatically in just a minute for a mattress or three minutes for full size version. Unfortunately, this requires a mains electricity supply, so it is not ideal for camping, unless you have access to electricity. There doesn't seem to be a foot pump option included, which would be a useful extra.
I would recommend this bed wholeheartedly, however, as a spare bed for guests, or even as your main bed. It is incredibly comfortable and comes with its own valance. One advantage over a traditional bed is that, if you need the extra space in your room, it can simply...

Advantages: Strong, stylish and a brilliant ride Disadvantages: My chain cam off once :-)
...OK, if you are a bit cruel and completely without any sense of style, you may think at first glance that the Trek Clyde looks a bit like the bike ridden by PeeWee Herman. I personally think that the retro looks of the clyde are brilliant. The frame curves superbly into the rear wheel and is really strong, I am a big guy and yet when I stomp on the pedal no momentum is lost is gimmicky springs and suspension, I fly!
The bike is low slung and looks mean as hell. The components are top quality, I have been hammering my Clyde into the ground for the last couple of months and the worst I can do it make the chain come off. Which, I might add, is not a problem. The Clyde has an integrated gear system in the hub of the wheel, yep, no complex external cogs and wheels to go wrong and need adjustment. Don't be put off by only 4 gears, I race...

I was expecting a lot more from this mascara. Although it does make your eyelashes stand out more I found that it could be a bit clumpy. When I first took it from the tube I was surprised to find that bits stuck in clumps around the brush.
I have also... more
Just lately, with two small children at home, we haven't been getting out much (ahhh!) so have been doing much more entertaining at home. We often find, when having friends round for the evening, that it's good fun to finish up with a game, which is why... more
If you like your guitars to sound as if the amp is about to crack up and turn into a puddle of molten cheese then this is the distortion pedal for you. It would be safe to say that if you put anything through any Electro Harmonix pedal then it's going to more
