Advantages: Quick, easy effective, cheap Disadvantages: Takes a few goes to get the pads in the right place and to get used to the contractions of the muscles
...This is a brilliant machine for stimulating those loose and saggy muscles!
For all die hard couch potatoes out there, this is THE way to get in shape!
Simply strap the pads on with the adjustable belts, lay back and relax and let the machine do all the work, what could be simpler than that?!
Once you get used to the weird but not painful contractions as it tones and tightens your muscles, using it once or even twice a day will rapidly tone you up and give you a body to die for within 4weeks, though personally I noticed excellant results after only 10 days, I lost 3 inches off my waist.
suitable for most people, excluding those with pacemakers, diabetes and those who are pregnant it is an excellant way to get in shape without effort! Lay don and watch the t.v, even do the ironing!
It REALLY does work!

Advantages: Compact, not too heavy, packs a lot in. Disadvantages: Feels bulky if filled to the brim. Price is a little high.
...I used the Tatonka Flightcase for a short trip to Amsterdam and found it really good for what I needed it for. I was on my trip for three days and had more than enough space in the pack for clothes, washbag and other sundries. It is also quite pricey although I have seen it getting cheaper on certain sites. I paid £60 for the pack. Other than that, it was more or less perfect and many people were amazed at just how much it held. Definately going to be using for my...

If you’re in training for your next triathlon or inspired by Britain’s Commonwealth Games successes to be the next big story that’s one thing, but if you are merely slogging away to burn fat and get in shape then you are in for a long and repetitive haul.
It works though, which is why I was prepared to invest a little in trying to keep my motivation going. Trendy gym gear wasn’t really an option, despite my minimal successes I am still a long way from wanted to draw attention to my body shape with any designer-tagged lycra workout wear… I did ‘treat’ myself to one or two good exercise...

I was expecting a lot more from this mascara. Although it does make your eyelashes stand out more I found that it could be a bit clumpy. When I first took it from the tube I was surprised to find that bits stuck in clumps around the brush.
I have also... more
Just lately, with two small children at home, we haven't been getting out much (ahhh!) so have been doing much more entertaining at home. We often find, when having friends round for the evening, that it's good fun to finish up with a game, which is why... more
If you like your guitars to sound as if the amp is about to crack up and turn into a puddle of molten cheese then this is the distortion pedal for you. It would be safe to say that if you put anything through any Electro Harmonix pedal then it's going to more
