not bad helmet
Advantages: saves your head. Disadvantages: similar style to others
used by numerous pro's, from the skating, bmx and inline worlds. (Cory nastazio - christian hosoi)
it could be used for plenty of other extreme sports, as it is used by the best, if you've seen either of the above move in extreme ways you'll know to go out and get one, you also get a free sticker pack, so it can be customized to your liking, but i dislike the shape cos all helmets seem to be following the piss pot style as they are called. i prefer ...

Giro Atmos 2006 Cycling Helmet
Advantages: Lightweight & looks great ! Lance wears one ! Disadvantages: Expensive
Having had Giro helmets for a while, and my Helios hat being about 5 years old, I decided to buy a new hat a few months ago. I've worn it sevaral times a week for a while now, so thought I'd let you know about it !
The current advice on changing your bicycle helmet is to replace it after 5 years or so, even if it hasn't been involved in a crash, since pollution, UV light and weathering can apparently weaken its component parts over time. Not sure ... ...over being stingy !

Giro is the helmet of choice for world famous seven times Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong, as it is for winners of mountain bike world championships, cyclocross world championships, Triathlon and Iron Man world championships.
The Atmos is Giro's current top of the range model, primarily targetted at road cyclists, although just as suitable for mountain-or ...

USE YOUR HEAD! WEAR A HELMET.
Advantages: LOOKS. COMFORT. FIT Disadvantages: EXPENSIVE IF NOT FREQUENTLY USED
The Giro Monza helmet ranges in price from anywhere btween £50 and £70 at the time of this review. I paid £80 for mine a few months ago. I don't regret one penny of it as a helmet is invaluable, in my opinion, when cycling (my previous one ended up in 3 pieces when I landed headfirst on a roadside rock). The Giro Monza is lightweight - even the size large for my big head comes in at only 310g - and extremely comfortable. Smaller sizes are obviously ... ...system which allows you to place the helmet on your head and adjust the fit in situ, so no time consuming adjustments and readjustments are needed to individual straps. It also has 24 air vents to allow for ventilation and cooling, along with cool max pads inside which help to wick away sweat. These pads can be removed for washing if needs be. It is so comfortable, it is easy to forget it is there at times which obviously speaks for itself in terms ...
