Black Diamond Viper

Advantages: Very very long
Disadvantages: expensive to lose

...I tried a Nike Golf Nike One Black Golf Ball in a match play knockout yesterday, I play off 21 and my opponant was off 12 so granted i did have a few shot in hand. I have never used a Nike one black (the ball is white however) but was very impressed with the result. I found the ball which has a thin urethene cover and a enanced 408 dimples very long to hit, Longer than my usual PTS Solo golf balls. I was very impressed with the length and how straight it flew in the air. Off the tee I only missed two fairways but the length was very impressive. I won my game 3 and 2 and to be honest I didn't really need the shots. Really though i found the combination of the balls and my Ping G2 driver excellent. on the greens my ball did truely roll further and felt very nice to hit. Advantages: Small, light, quick and easy to put up
Disadvantages: Not good if you get lucky ;0)

...tent if it's just me, and besides, a bigger tent would take up more room leaving less for whatever I'm carrying. It's something hikers and bikers consider, too, so the size of this tent is perfect. I simply strap it to the ceiling of the van out the way of me or the load. Now, being the first 1-man tent I've had, I thought I'd get to my local camping shop to have a look at what was available. Most of the big names had similar tents, but this one offered the right tent at the right price. The rest either had looks or colours to put me off or were too pricey for what they were. The Coleman Viper was just right... for me, at least! When I decided on the Viper, though, I had a good look round it in the shop. ...I won a dozen off these Callaway HX Tour black balls in a competition and am in love !! I have always played with Titleist Pro V1's in the past and didn't think anything would be able to beat them. These Callaways balls go an absolute mile when spanked off the tee with your driver. I would say slightly further than the pro v1. They also have excellent spin control when struck with your short irons into the greens. I have never had so much backspin with a ball before. I find them very nice to putt with as well , a real soft feel coming off the putter face. The only real draw back with these is the price. I believe they are currently retailing for around £36 a dozen but i believe them to be worth it , especially in the summer. I have found them to have knocked around 2-3 shots off of my game per round , i play off a 12 handicap... Read review
