Advantages: Versatile, durable, good weight capacity, multiple bike fitment Disadvantages: Black anodising fades
What no Fancy title?
It's a a rack. It goes on your bicycle. It carries stuff. Enough said.
I purchased this particular model because it had a Cycling Plus best buy, and had positive reviews elsewhere. I have a daily 22 mile commute, and need to carry quite a bit of kit, including shower stuff and a change of clothes - my walking rucksack was starting to get rather heavy. The rack comes in silver or black - I bought the black one. The Expedition is a heavy-duty rack, weighing in at 900g with a carrying capacity of 30kg, and comes with a handy bracket for mounting a rear light. The multi-mount fitting system is designed to fit a wide range of bicycles.
Out of the box
The rack certainly looked the business. It appeared to be well constructed, with tidy wields, good quality anodising, and all screws were stainless ...
issue in Blackburn Mars 3.0 is when replacing batteries you need to unscrew 3 tiny screws. Is not a big deal as do not have to do it often.
It has three modes: slow flashing, fast one (almost like strobe) and viper style but up side down. My most favourite is fast flah.
Altogether
Blackburn Mars is the greatest bicycle rear light I have ever had in my life. I like absolutely everything in it. It is nicely designed and you can rely on it. Light which gives is super bright and if anyone would knock you - he should get a ban from driving. Unless claimed that was dazzled by this light.
As I mentioned in the beginning - I can highly recommend and suggest Blackburn Mars 3.0 to every single person with bicycle in home. The price is not high. It is value for money.

Advantages: Cavernous, easy to build (mostly). Neat styling and apparently well made Disadvantages: Bloody heavy & unlikely to survive taking apart (after all who keeps the instructions?)
the room in which we spend most time awake (My wife thinks, incorrectly as it happens, "Oh goody, we're getting a new lounge!"), I set about gutting the room completely.
As the task neared completion, the question of storage reared its head. Some bookshelves of formidable capacity were needed, even after a damned good weed-out.
It needed to be neat, functional and neutral in design. Naturally IKEA's web-site featured in this process, and that's where the Expedit storage system comes into the equation.
The 1.85 x 1.85 metre variant was what we decided to get, in white. Black and beech-effect are also possible.
The end result is that you have a nearly 6-foot square bookcase, with 25 cubicles of roughly one-foot in all dimensions. The thick upright sides and four other internal partitions lose about 1/10th of the height and width between ...
