It is adjustable you can adjust as per your requirement. It is soft & Comfortable to use. It is good for strengthing your legs & arms. These weights are good for walking and cycling. Ok, welcome to The most pointless piece of exercise equipment I have ever used. This product is wrong on a number of levels. They are expensive, uncomfortable and also physiologically have more of a negative impact on training than a positive one. Let me explain.

WHY I LOVE THIS GAME
I recently bought this after buying the wii console from a catalogue. Its great to use and simple to use. There is no cables to trip over as its wireless and connects to the wii console using infrared. It has lots of fun activities for the whole family and allows you to workout in freedom of your own living room instead of having to pay out for expensive gym membership.
I Bought this too lose weight and i lost a lot of fat around my stomache and thighs.
It has a variety of exercises to do which include the areobic side of it which is step, boxing, jogging and hula hooping. You unlock harder levels of the game the more you play it and get longer time to do the exercise.
WHATS INCLUDED ON THE GAME
There is also yoga exercises to it and muscle workouts on this game which help your posture and strength ...
