...You often see rebounders - little trampolines - lurking in the back of gyms, spurned by the 'real' fitness-freaks. I don't know why, they are wonderful inventions that deserve much more prominence in the fitness market.
I bought my BodySculpture Rebounder years ago from a UK catalogue shop. It was £19.99 and they are still around that price. It is well made and has certainly lasted well. Rebounding experts try to sell much more expensive models, claiming that support bars are necessary (only if you have a serious balance problem or have been hitting the wine), or that the quality of theirs is better. Rubbish.
BodySculpture are a reputable company who have been in the fitness game for a long time. They know what they are doing. What they have done with the Aerobic Rebounder is produce a quality product at a reasonable price...

Advantages: Safe to you in your own home for all areas of the body Disadvantages: Grips can give sore hands
...BodySculpture 18kg Combination Dumbbell set.
£20.00 from tesco's
This is a great product if you are looking to tone your body or are a complete beginner.
Using these weights you can tone every major muscle and for those ladies out there who are worried about building muscle, with only 9Kg per dumbell there isnt really enough weight to do this.
To make sure all you need to do is lift a weight that you can complete 15 repetitions of for 3 sets, ideally feeling hard for the final 3 reps of each set.
If you are looking to build muscle then you need to be working at a much higher intensity whereby you couldnt really lift the weights more than 8 times per set.
The only problem with this equipment is that you will need some gloves to stop your hands becoming sore as being metal they are quite harse, also you dont want hard skin developing...

- Durable tension strap for varied resistance.
This sounds more impressive than it actually is, but to be truthful it's adequate for the needs of your...
