...As you can see from the pictures this rowing item basically has two foot loops to put your feet in and a handle bar to hold onto with a very big spring inbetween.
There are a number of different ways you can use this to work different areas of your body, you can put your feet in and sit on the floor with your legs out streight then pull the hand part, stand wholst using it and pull the hand part in front of your body or use it by pulling the hand part behind your body.
I chose this one as it is a lot cheaper and smaller so easier to store than the other rowingmachines and to begin with it was great but there is no way of tightning the tension so once your body has got used to it it doesnt do a lot for you other than cardiovascular, this realy is for beginners only....

Then through a set of automatic doors and you are suddenly at the top of an open plan staircase that looks down on the gym. On your left you have the cardio-vascular area to your right the weights.

With nearly a dozen Star treadmills, Stairmaster Steppers, Stairmaster Stepmills, Crosstrainers a plenty several exercise bikes (two different types) along with rowingmachines, ab-rollers, kayaking machines and some others there’s something for everyone at different levels of fitness (and motivation)
There is a wide selection of machines to work every single muscle group in your body along with a large area dedicated to hand-weights and dumbbells.
There is about a dozen televisions suspended along one wall...

well this is the bike for you!
no its no ordinary bike, apart from having two weels and a frame witha comfortable seat. there is more to it!
this fast, speeding, raging cycling machine, is a one best described as a ghost!
as it is inevitably easy, fun and motervaiting, and it is perfect for YOU!
with its many gears, firm and solid grips, and a most comfortable seat, who could ask more, who would want more?
as you would race round the track, speed the roads, glide the paths and charge the moment, what fun you would have, what pleasure you would get, what time you would spend.
so what you waitin for?
come on, go bye tat bike, and start them burning weels, ride like you have never ridden before, as with this bike you will feal the difference, and show off to your friends, as they watch in amaisment...
