Body-Solid Cam Ab and Back Machine

Advantages: Sturdy and well built
Disadvantages: takes up a lot of space, expensive, doesn't work for some people and it hurts muscles and joints

...I was needing a fitness machine for my fitness thing I had fallen into for some reason. I went doen to the sport store and they recommended this strange looking device. The first thing that hit me when I seen it is the size. It takes up too much space for just an Ab machine. I decided to give it a good test run in the shop as the price was a little steep for something that only works your abs. The good things were: 1. Excellent range of motion. 2. Positive and negative resistance. 3. Adjustable weight plates for added resistance. 4. Good overall midsection workout. And the bad: 1. Very bulky machine. 2. Very expensive for just an AB Machine. 3. Cheaper similar models in the same class. 4. Not portable. 5. ...Well here we go...My first review on Ciao! With my A level exams having been hanging over my head for the last few months, I've spent a lot of time indoors revising. Great for my grades (hopefully!), but not so great for my physique, my revision aid of choice being digestive biscuits, naturally! :P Due to my Mother's home shopping network addiction, we have plenty of hardly-used items around the house, non-stick tupperware, the occasional ornament, and about four different exercise machines! Deciding it was time for a change in habit now my exams are over, I looked to check them out. Advantages: Helps A Little
Disadvantages: Hardly Works

...If a product needs to have an advert on at 1am in the morning it can't be very good. I was having a look at all the channels when I decided to stop on Bid-up.tv just to see if them crazy people were still selling junk. Instead I found adverts for Instant Abs. It looked easy to do and only cost around £80. How it works is you sit down on the machine and move your feet around. Your feet are on a rotating bar so every time you move your feet the whole of your legs move. This helps work your abs and build them up. I was wondering if I can take legal action over the products name "Instant Abs". I looked up the word instant and it says for something to happen without warning in other words it's instant. But I didn't have these lovely ads in a click of my fingers. I used the machine for well over a month and didn't see any difference... Read review
