If you would like to add a bit of a kick to your pitta bread, sandwiches, rice cakes, crispbreads, crudities etc. then look no further than the Tesco Jalapeno Houmous Dip. Being an avid lover of houmous I am always on the look out for new and exciting flavours to try.
Houmous is a very healthy food product originating from the Middle East. It is very high in protein, potassium, fibre, vitamin E and antioxidants. Consisting mainly of chickpeas and tahini (a sesame seed paste) these ingredients are crushed and blended to make a spread or dip and then flavoured using garlic and lemon juice. Nowadays there are many different variations of houmous but all derive from the original ingredients.

between melted and solid chocolate - A bit like chocolate spread. The biscuits are a pale erm, biscuit colour, and are about 4 in long.
Taste
The dip is really nice chocolate orange flavour. The biscuits are very dry and crunchy, but taste a lot better when you have dipped them in the chocolate compared to when you eat them on your own.

My daughter picked up a couple of these in the local shop today, one for her and one for big brother....who is away staying at grans tonight........So for research purposes i am going to open his packet, Would only rot his teeth anyways lol.
