The activity gym as shown in the picture is made up of four side panels, each with holes in for the child to climb through. There is a small bright pink slide and a blue floor, which the children can go under or climb on to go down the slide. As we unpacked the activity gym it looked relatively simple to assemble, as it was really just a case of slotting the panels together but don?t be fooled! Review of Little Tikes Junior Activity Gym

JML Iron Gym a fantastic product

Advantages: Easy to use, durable, visible results in a short time and Safe
Disadvantages: Not easy to store away

Firstly can i just say WOW! the iron gym is one of the best things i have bought this year! JML Iron Gym comes with easy to assemble instructions and takes literally 5mins to assemble. Iron gym fits onto almost every door frame in the house and with its foam handles and contact points it leaves no marks, no damage and wont put stress on the door frame! I have been using iron gym for about 3 months now and the results have been great i have put on 1 1/2 stone in muscle weight. The iron gym comes in an easy to carry box and as well as an ultra clear instruction manual that tells you how to use it, what types of exercises to do with it, how often to use it and it even has an information booklet about nutrition and what to eat to get the best results from using it. A great home multi gym

Advantages: Great value for money, plenty of weights
Disadvantages: Takes a while to build, inability to add additional weights

These can be done standing or seated with the preacher pad (for better form) 4) Seated rows 5) Chest press 6) Butterflys 7) Leg extensions This multi-gym does not allow the user to hamstring curls as the seat does not lay flat. This is a real shame as it is, in my opinion, the best exercise for hamstrings. Looking at the layout of the multi-gym it is clear that there is no way that this problem could be rectified based on this design. ****Quality**** It should be noted that the Weider is not a piece of commercial gym equipment. It will not be used all day every day and it will not be abused by large body builders that get a bit heavy handed with the weights and adjusting the machine.
