Advantages: Makes you sweat, great fun, monitors you weight, easy to use. Disadvantages: Should be more games
fun and makes you sweat. Other games are skiing and Tightrope walking.
The strength training category is also good. These exercises include Lunges, Rowing Squats and Sideway Leg Lifts.
The only real criticism which I have is that I would have preferred more games especially Aerobic as I think there are more Yoga and Strength Training Exercises. However I think there is at least one exercise/game to suit everyone.
Within 15-20 minutes of using Wii Fit I was sweating so much. Probably more than I do at the gym sometimes. I have heard criticism that the exercises are not in order and you don?t get a proper routine. However this is what I love about them. I can do an exhausting jog on the island and then do one or two calming yoga exercises and then more onto another aerobics exercise once I have got my breath back.

Leverage is very similar to the UK tv series Hustle. Unfortunately Leverage isn't as good, or at least it's not as good as Hustle used to be.
Leverage follows a team of five thieves who correct injustices using their skills. The team consists of Nate Ford (former insurance investigator), Sophie Devereaux (British actress, able only to act when thieving), Eliot Spencer (the muscle - expert in retrieval, martial arts and weapons), Parker (highly skilled thief, think female version of Ethan Hunt) and Hardison (hacker/IT specialist).
Whilst the cons are interesting their dependence upon hacking makes them much less appealing than those in Hustle. Another flaw with Leverage in comparison to Hustle is it shows how the con took place straight away whereas in Hustle the mark is noted as is the task but how the con operates isn't disclosed ...

Little Tikes Junior Activity Gym

Most crèches or children?s play areas seem to have one of these activity gyms and they looked bright and colourful so we decided to get one for my brothers first birthday.
The activity gym as shown in the picture is made up of four side panels, each with holes in for the child to climb through. There is a small bright pink slide and a blue floor, which the children can go under or climb on to go down the slide.
As we unpacked the activity gym it looked relatively simple to assemble, as it was really just a case of slotting the panels together but don?t be fooled!
