This will be quite a short review as it doesn't take very long to write about THE most pointless exercise tool I've ever seen.
Bodymax handgrips are designed to strengthen the forearms and hands........but why? Is it for old ladies, so that they can open particulary stubborn jars of beetroot? perhaps its for men who require a quicker, more powerful "beer drinking" arm, or maybe its for teenage boys as these items seem to find there way into every adolescent lads room. Now who is it buying these things that seem to think teenage boys need help strengthening their wrists (hmmmmm)?
