For me, this is the only attachment that is worth having on a home bench. I've seen benches that have the butterfly attachments, which I personally think are awful and extremely uncomfortable to use. The leg extention and hamstring curl however is extremely easy to use. I would point out a couple of floors however. On the bench I used, the 20g load did not fit, I therefore had to use x2 10kg. All well and good, but depending on your leg extention and hamstring curling ability, you could run out of room to place more weight onto the small bar and really outgrow its use.....just something to be mindful of. My other small complaint is the foam which you place your shins onto rides up your leg when you complete each extention, which is a bit uncomfortable at times.

had the normal 360 for an year and then traded it in for the elite. i loved the black colour and the idea of the bigger hard drive.
with standard white machine there was the curse of the "ring of death" which i never got with the white machine, but did get it with first elite machine and was told buy guys in game that this was sorted for the elite!
well got it all sorted and second machine i have no problems with at all and its been running for year and a half.
elite came with an hdmi port and i got a kinda of cheap hd television from argos, but the picture quality was amazing, and i am sure with better hd television the xbox would stand out even better.
in box you get xbox elite, one black wireless controller, hdmi cable and also hd normal cable with optical cable for sound.
as to date there is tons of amazing games out ...

With a massive 120Gb harddrive I can store all the videos,demos and game saves that my heart desires. So far I have only filled up 80Gb!
The console comes in a sleek black finish and looks great next to my new widescreen TV, everyone notices it when they come round and they always say how nice it looks 'for a games console'.
The chrome disk tray really stands out against the black and looks great.
The console itself has so many games to choose from theres something for everyone, with exclusive titles such as Halo everyone should own one.
Now the console does have its drawbacks, all 360's are prone to getting the RROD (red rings of death), this is an overheating problem which results in the 360 becoming unplayable; I would recommend positioning the console ...
