Anyone had the old dance mats? Similar format use your feet as a control pad or wii remote. Difference you are not dancing you are on mini adventures/exercises. Use the mat for jumps and directions, use the wii remote for directions or as a tool. A great example is one of the tasks you are driving a mine shaft caddy. You use the wii remote to pump the truck and balance on your feet to take corners. Another example is you are skiing and you have to run on the spot to get the skis moving. A great work out and has an actual exercise program. We got this game out at christmas and with the added fact you can play two player makes it great for all the family. We was in stitches watching the kids nanny run on the spot and make silly arm actions! One downful is I cant tell u much more about the game as sadly we havent had it out much since ...

Advantages: fashionable, light
Disadvantages: smell very bad, feel weird on your feet

i bought these trainers for football use on the astroturf. When i arrived an put them on my friends were really impressed with them. They are very fashinable and popular trainers.However they are comfatable trainers but felt weird on your feet and after a while they begin to smell and i mean smell they stunk out the whole house. but overall i would say they are descent trainers apart from the smell. They come in a different range of colours e.g lime green, forest green, pink, white, blue. They are an easy boot to clean, you just have to wie the outside with a damp cloth. The laces keep tiedand match the colour of the trainer. Due to the smell my mother has had enough and the trainers are now stored in the shed. So overall they are a decsent pair of trainers. ...

Me In Boxer Shorts And Trainers Scary Hey!!!

Advantages: Great For Aerobic Work

Being a dedicated and hard working househusband to a wife 5 kid's and 3 cats as well as numerous fish I was looking for a way to work out as it is very hard for me to take time out and go down the gym or out for a run as I used to do on a regular basis whilst I was out working. Sitting at home as any Housewife or Husband can tell you doe's get a little boring after you have cleaned up and sorted the babies out so I find myself occasionally watching the QVC channels and those like it on the telly.
