I am a 1st Dan Black Belt in Kicking boxing and am a fully qualified instructor, I have trained in kickboxing since 1999 and have also cross trained in various other styles. ...a good stitched leather quality with easy to fasten velcro fasters, making them simple and easy to put on my yourself. I have used these gloves for sparring, pad and punch bag work for over 5 years and they are still in good usable order with only a few scuff marks from general wear and tear .
