This excersise bike is great for the price, it has a sensor in the hand grip that monitors your pulse wholst you are on the bike, has a screen which is quite big so very clear to see that you can check what your pulse is, how far you have cycled, calories burned and how long you have been on the bike. There is a black dial further down from the handle bars that allows you to change the resistance at the same time as riding the bike so you can make it harder or softer as you need to, it is a very sturdy bike but the seat isnt very comfortable at all which is a real shame as other than this it is a great bike, it doesnt fold away for storage so you will need space to store it when not in use. ...

Review of Evans Cycles

The King of Exercise Bikes?

Advantages: Excellent range of functions, comfortable, easy to use
Disadvantages: I think its a touch expensive at £200

and functionality and I guess can still be considered good value at £200. However, I do feel that people are seduced into the gimmicks that bikes like this posses. There are cheaper options that WILL get you the same results. After all, to my knowledge, were still the ones pedalling the thing to try and get fit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Having said that, I would still recommend the bike as it is great, but I just feel there are maybe a few other options to consider first. PRICE £200 generally (Argos/York) however in the current financial climate I have seen lots of deals flying about online.
